Hear from BHCC graduates who transferred to selective colleges and universities. Alumni will share their transfer experiences, discuss how BHCC prepared them for success, and offer advice for current students. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn firsthand what it takes to make a successful transfer.
Presenter: Amy McInerney, Massachusetts Health Officers Association
Amy McInerney is the Assistant Director for the Pathway to Local Public Health program, a long-term traineeship for community college students to learn how to become Health Inspectors within Massachusetts' town health departments. Amy has previously worked as a health inspector herself, and prior to that obtained a B.S. in Public Health from UMass Lowell and a Master's of Public Health from Boston University. Amy loves the field of local public health and is excited to open more people up to this great career!
