Health Insurance

NOTE: If you are an International Student, you must take the Student Health Insurance Plan OR have obtained qualified coverage from a US carrier.

If you are registered for nine or more credits and DO NOT waive your health insurance you will automatically be signed up for the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). If you fail to pay this charge, you may be dropped from some or all of your classes.

If you are a financial aid recipient, and you DO NOT waive your health insurance the $3,461 cost for the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) for Fall semester 2023 or $2,309 for Spring semester 2024 will be automatically deducted from your financial aid. If you have a balance due after projected financial aid has been assessed against your charges, you must pay the difference or join the automatic payment plan online. If you do not settle your balance due, you may be dropped from some or all of your classes for non-payment.
