BHCC Foundation, Inc.

The Bunker Hill Community College Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 1986. Its mission is to obtain resources to support the College, thereby enabling students with diverse educational, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds to benefit from a high-quality, affordable, post-secondary education.

The Foundation is led by a highly dedicated Board of Directors drawn from leading retail, construction, hospitality, investment and insurance firms, as well as civic organizations, in the Boston area. All gifts to Bunker Hill Community College Foundation are tax deductible to the extent approved by law.

Help a BHCC student get to and from class this winter!

As the cold weather approaches, the BHCC Foundation hopes to help BHCC students who are in need of transportation assistance to and from school. Funds raised through the Student Transportation Assistance Challenge will be used to purchase weekly MBTA Charlie Card passes and will be distributed during the upcoming semester by Single Stop to students who are homeless and/or demonstrate significant financial need.

With the help of a local family foundation, every dollar contributed to the BHCC Foundation Student Transportation Assistance Challenge through December 31, 2017, will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000.

Please visit our donation page to contribute. Please designate your gift to the “Student Transportation Assistance” option under “Designations.”
