The BHCC Magazine, written and designed in-house by the College’s Integrated Marketing and Communications Division, serves as an important outreach vehicle for the College to faculty, staff, students, alumni and the larger community. This edition includes a feature on Starring Students, an interview with Secretary of Education Jim Peyser, a recap of Senator Elizabeth Warren’s inspiring commencement address, new program features and more. BHCC was also awarded a District 1 Gold medallion award for the magazine last fall at the NCMPR District 1 Conference in Newport, Rhode Island. View the magazine online.
NCMPR supports the professional development of community college communicators, serving more than 1,700 members from more than 550 colleges across the United States and Canada. It is the only organization of its kind that exclusively represents marketing and public relations professionals at community and technical colleges and is one of the largest affiliates of the American Association of Community Colleges.
