LifeMap is academic, career, and transfer programming and activities that promote student success in educational, career and life goals. LifeMap utilizes technology combined with F-A-C (Financial-Academic-Career) planning and pathway coaching to ensure a positive and productive post-secondary educational experience.

  • Explore study abroad opportunities
  • Attend additional transfer workshops
  • Attend transfer fairs

  • Begin to identify faculty and staff for college recommendations
  • Research and finalize list of potential colleges – know the application deadlines
  • Complete your CSS profile if needed for transfer

Career Planning

  • Gain experience through an internship or as a work study student
  • Attend a career fair/panel
  • Create a LinkedIn Profile and learn about social media branding
  • Begin to identify faculty and staff for job references

  • Complete online application for graduation
  • Document and reflect on your experience in participating in a club, organization and/or volunteer experience.
  • Request recommendations from faculty and staff
  • Complete and submit college applications
