BHCC Wins Three Gold Medallions at NCMPR District 1 Conference

Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC)’s Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) Division received four medallions from the National College Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 1 Medallion Awards. The awards were announced at a reception on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at the organization’s District 1 Conference in Annapolis, Maryland.

The Spring 2018 edition of BHCC Magazine received a Gold Medallion in the Magazine category. Written and designed in house by the College’s IMC Division, BHCC Magazine serves as a powerful outreach tool for the College to faculty, staff, students, alumni and the larger community. The Spring 2018 edition featured the BHCC’s new Center for Equity and Cultural Wealth as well as a one-on-one interview with Chelsea City Manager Thomas G. Ambrosino and a feature on BHCC Athletics Director Loreto Jackson, Ph.D. on BHCC’s holistic approach to student-athlete performance and success. View BHCC Magazine Online.

In addition to the magazine, BHCC’s Corporate and Community Education Spring 2018 Catalog received a Gold Medallion in the Academic Catalog category for its refreshed, modern design.

The Division also received two medallions for new advertising campaigns and strategies employed this year. The Career Training advertising campaign for Fall 2017 enrollment received a Gold Medallion in the Digital Advertising Campaign category and the Summer 2018 mobile billboard campaign received a Silver Medallion in the Outdoor Media category.
