Families Matter: BHCC Family Day Celebrates with Joy, Games, and Creativity

Halloween came early at BHCC with a festive celebration
The Charlestown Campus Gymnasium was all decked up, celebrating the completion of the first six weeks of the Fall Semester. Sponsored by the Student Activities Office, the day was filled with joy, games, and creativity. Students were encouraged to bring their families and friends to partake in many activities. A live DJ set the tempo for the day, and creativity peaked with pumpkin decorating, mask-making sessions, lantern-making, and a DIY bamboo plant corner. A t-shirt shop was set up, allowing attendees to take home memorabilia. Giant games added to the fun, and photo magnets, selfie stations, and a video booth ensured everyone went home with a memory. And, of course, no celebration is complete without food – and there were plenty of delicious offerings for everyone.
