This wish list is a reflection of the past year’s events and how they inspire the organization’s blog contributors. Mary Churchill, professor at Wheelock College in Boston, MA, recognizes President Eddinger and sociologist Sara Goldrick-Rabb, Ph.D. for groundbreaking work around issues of hunger on college campuses.

As our nation observes Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, January 15th, I urge our College community to join the observances in whatever way you find meaningful. We may choose to reflect on progress and work still to be done on social and economic equity, and reaffirm our steadfast commitment to a vibrant and safe teaching and learning environment where diversity is cherished.
