Pao Arts Center
Located within the One Greenway building, the Pao Arts Center is a partnership between Bunker Hill Community College and Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center (BCNC). The Center, opened in 2017, is Chinatown’s first community-based arts, culture and education center, and BHCC’s newest instructional center.

Through GHOST ROOTS, Visual Artist Soyoung L. Kim explores the possibilities of a future of solidarity, care, and celebration through the stories of two Asian American women. In this interactive exhibit, Kim asks, “Can America’s attempt at reconciliation/Extend beyond black and white?/Can America’s embrace include/The yellow of my skin?”
